Saved, Sanctified, & filled with the Holy Ghost!           In essence: I am an ordinary woman, whose life is devoted to an extraordinary God. I live a simple life; I tend my garden, water my plants, feed my little birds, play with my dogs, listen to music daily, read the Bible, go to church, and pray; and I do the latter three a lot! I have no fancy degrees or any claim to fame. I am an incest survivor turned prayer warrior, with a testimony of God’s grace and ability to take even the most broken, and restore beauty for ashes. I have endured unspeakable, demoralizing circumstances and by God’s love and power rise above what others deemed impossible. I am a living witness that No One is irredeemable and a person’s past does not define them nor decide whether they may be used by God.

Today I am a vessel of honor. I am an “on-fire” Zealot for Jesus Christ … I willingly share my story openly, and unashamedly my pain, sorrow, shame, and guilt, as well as the experiences that wounded me, scarred me, and thankfully brought me to my knees and to the One who saved me and redeemed me.

My passion is to be unapologetically me, and minister to others through encouragement and scripture, the hope, acceptance, and unfathomable love that I have found through Jesus Christ. I pray all who the Lord leads or draws, or perhaps they just stumble upon, my page ~ that they might be touched and encouraged to follow and begin their own journey of healing.  It is a process yet we never have to walk it alone …..

I am your kindling Lord … lay me across your alter; that Your fire may consume me and burn so brightly that all who see me may see YOU!!! And thereby; You may be glorified….

  1. Thank you for stopping by my blog and subscribing to follow it. I love your statement about being God’s kindling on His altar! May He be glorified in our lives, through our speech and in our blogs!

    God bless!

    1. Thank you. I kinda stumbled upon your blog by accident; well not by accident since truly there are no accidents in God’s world; but I was looking for graphics for this morning’s message, and found you! I loved what I read thus far and look forward to returning for more feasting as I have time. Beautifully spoken. God bless you !!
