More Ramblings ~
Most of us wonder how we can be more successful in our lives. We strive to set goals and achieve them; but sometimes those goals do not seem possible to accomplish, and we then become discouraged …..
The Bible tells us to ask God through prayer; and then to trust, and believe those things in which we asked will come true. The problem is, most of us doubt somewhere along the lines of asking and waiting for them to come true ….
It is time to take action against the doubt. Begin by meditating on God’s Word … on all the scriptures that tell us of God’s promises, and reassure us in our faith. Speak them and think them every single day. Believe in God’s Word … and then thank God for answering your prayers, “beforehand” …. before we even see the fulfillment of our prayers. This is an act of faith and God honors that. Keep in mind; that God will answer prayers in the way that will be best for you. Sometimes things don’t go as you anticipated, or in the amount of time that we think we need them to. God’s time table is not ours, be His timing is always right on time. When we do not see things happening as fast is we think they should; this is where we must trust in God’s plan. He will bring things to light in His timing. You will begin to see a manifestation of God’s promises, and be amazed at what happens in your life if you only trust and believe!
“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shall have good success. Have I not commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
“And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God, for verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. And when you stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.” (Mark 11:22-26)
God is with us …..
